Sapeli

The Sapeli is a large tree that can reach 45 meters in height arising from Tropical Africa. The leaves are deciduous in the dry season, alternately arranged, with 5-9 pairs of leaflets and each leaflet measures about 10 cm long. Its fruit is in the form of a capsule of approximately 10 cm and comprising 4 cm diameter; when ripe is divided into five parts and each releases between 15 to 20 seeds.
